摘要:

为了提高交流接触器的电寿命,结合电弧熄灭原理和电弧熄灭方法,提出了3种不同结构的灭弧系统。通过试验验证,灭弧室盖板设置电弧通道、引弧片向上倾斜的角度、最后一片灭弧栅片的折弯角度,都对交流接触器的电寿命有着重要影响。这对交流接触器的灭弧系统设计具有一定参考意义。

Abstract:

In order to improve the electrical endurance of AC contactor,combined with the arc extinguishing principle and arc extinguishing method,three different structures of arc extinguishing systems are proposed.The experimental results show that the setting of arc channel on the cover plate of the arc extinguishing chamber,the upward inclination angle of the arc striking plate and the bending angle of the last arc-extinguishing grid can have an important impact on the electrical endurance of AC contactor.This has a certain reference significance for the arc extinguishing system design of AC contactor.
