Closed Loop Feedback Control Strategy of AC Contactor Current Slope Based on Multi Condition Judgment

摘要:

针对交流接触器起动过程触头弹跳剧烈的问题,采用两段式阶梯电流起动方式,提出一种基于多条件判断的电流斜率闭环反馈控制策略。通过多软件联合仿真模型,结合正交试验计算较佳的起动电流,并仿真验证所提控制策略的可行性。设计控制系统,并进行实验验证。结果表明,所提控制策略可以有效降低触头弹跳,并具有控制可靠性高的特点。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of sharp contact bounce in the starting process of AC contactor,by adopting the two-stage step current starting mode,the current slope closed-loop feedback control strategy based on multi condition judgment is proposed.Through the multi software joint simulation model and orthogonal test,the better starting current is calculated,and the feasibility of the proposed control strategy is verified by simulation.The control system is designed to verify the control strategy.The results show that the control strategy can effectively reduce the contact bounce and has the characteristics of high control reliability.
