交流接触器双回路电寿命试验测控技术研究

Research on Electrical Life Test Method with Double-Circuit for AC Contactor

摘要:

针对交流接触器电寿命试验种类繁多、耗时长,获取全寿命试验数据开展寿命预测和可靠性分析周期长等问题,研制了一种交流接触器双回路电寿命试验系统。设计了同时对两种不同规格、不同使用类别的接触器开展电寿命试验的系统主回路和试验控制时序,并设计控制软件自动完成特征参数提取、试品失效判别和设备故障保护。设计了陪试品互锁有源驱动电路,优化硬件布线有效防止电源短路,采用动态阈值判别法提取特征参数,提高设备可靠性和参数检测精度。用该系统进行实测对比分析,可以有效提高特征参数测量精度,缩短产品试验周期。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems of various kinds of AC contactor electrical life test,long life test time,long life prediction and reliability analysis cycle obtained from the whole life test data,a double-circuit electrical life test system for AC contactor was developed.Two kinds of different specifications,different types of AC contactor electric life testing on the system main circuit and the test sequence control is designed,and the control software is designed to complete automatic characteristic parameters extraction,sample failure criterion and equipment failure protection.At the same time,the interlock active drive circuit is designed,the hardware wiring is optimized to effectively prevent the power short circuit,and the performance characteristic parameters of the contactor are extracted by the dynamic threshold discrimination method,so as to improve the equipment reliability and test parameter detection accuracy.The system can effectively improve the measurement precision of characteristic parameters and shorten the product test period.
