摘要:

针对在求解灰色关联度时,传统灰色关联分析法对各影响因素采取平权处理方式,未考虑到历史数据随年份增长而对现有情况影响度不同的问题,提出一种组合赋权灰色关联分析法。基于某地区可靠性历史数据,确定了影响供电可靠性的关键因素,并建立了可靠性指标与关键因素之间的关联方程,将可靠性指标的提升值分解为各关键影响因素的提升目标,根据所构建的典型工程场景投资计算模型求得达到可靠性目标的投资总额。算例表明,所提方法相比传统方法具有一定的优势,能减少盲目投资,提高工程资金使用效率,做到精准投资。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem that the traditional grey correlation analysis method adopts the equal weight treatment method for each influencing factor when solving the grey correlation degree,and does not consider the different influence degree of historical data on the existing situation with the growth of years,a combined weighted grey correlation analysis method is proposed.Based on the reliability historical data of a region,the key factors affecting the power supply reliability are determined,and the correlation equation between the reliability index and the key factors is established.The improvement value of reliability index is decomposed into the improvement objectives of key influencing factors,and the total investment to achieve the reliability objectives is obtained according to the investment calculation model of typical engineering scenarios.The example shows that the method proposed has certain advantages over the traditional method,which can reduce blind investment,improve the use efficiency of Engineering funds and achieve accurate investment.
