继电器贮存可靠性分析和加速退化试验综述

摘要:

继电器应用十分广泛,研究其可靠性具有重要的意义。继电器的贮存可靠性评估和寿命预测是继电器可靠性研究的重要内容。简述了继电器在长期贮存情况下的失效机理,分析了各种环境应力对继电器贮存可靠性的影响和失效机理。介绍了目前应用的几种继电器可靠性评估的方法:遗传神经网络模型、Bayes法等,并对这些可靠性评估方法进行了分析描述;概述了加速退化试验方法和灰色理论模型在继电器寿命预测领域的应用,分析了各方法的优缺点。最后,对于高可靠性的继电器产品如何进行加速退化试验和寿命预测领域的研究进行了展望。

Abstract:

Relay is widely used,so it is of great significance to study its reliability.The storage reliability evaluation and life prediction of relays are important contents of relay reliability research.The failure mechanism of relay under long-term storage is briefly described.The influence of various environmental stresses on the storage reliability of relay and failure mechanism are analyzed.The several methods of relay reliability evaluation such as genetic neural network model and Bayes method are introduced.These reliability evaluation methods are analyzed and described.The application of accelerated degradation experiment method and grey theory model in the field of relay life prediction are summarized.Finally,the research on how to carry out accelerated degradation test and life prediction for high reliability relay products is prospected.
