摘要:

为提高液压电磁断路器的吸合磁力矩,以某型号液压电磁断路器为对象进行了电磁系统优化设计。首先,结合虚拟样机技术,根据产品设计图纸建立了液压电磁断路器的三维物理模型。接着,考虑电磁系统初始设计的输出特性达不到脱扣的要求,基于Altair Flux有限元软件对断路器电磁系统进行了结构优化,使其输出特性达到脱扣要求。最后,搭建实验系统对断路器电磁力矩进行了测试,验证了有限元仿真的准确性。通过提高断路器电磁系统输出磁力矩,能够在机构锁定力矩确定的前提下,提高断路器的解锁可靠性。

Abstract:

In order to improve the electromagnetic torque of the hydraulic electromagnetic circuit breaker,a certain type of hydraulic electromagnetic circuit breaker is used as an object for optimal design of its electromagnetic system.First,combined with virtual prototype technology,a three-dimensional physical model of the hydraulic electromagnetic circuit breaker was established according to the product design drawings.Then,considering that the output characteristics of the initial design of the electromagnetic system can not meet the requirements of tripping,the structure of the electromagnetic system of the circuit breaker is optimized based on finite element software Altair Flux,then its output characteristics could meet the requirements of tripping.Finally,the experimental system was built to test the electromagnetic torque of the circuit breaker,which verifies the accuracy of the finite element simulation.By increasing the output magnetic torque of the electromagnetic system of the circuit breaker,the unlocking reliability of the circuit breaker can be improved on the premise that the mechanism locking torque is determined.
