摘要:

大规模消纳可再生能源已然成为我国碳中和目标的重要实现路径,储能设备的部署则是这一路径的重要保障。过去十年来,我国已经建成了以抽水蓄能、锂电池为主体的储能产业链并大获成功。但随着气候变化日益政治化和发达国家产业链日益“去中国化”,作为锂资源外部依存度较高的国家,我国继续选择锂电池为主的储能发展路径存在一定风险。从能源安全的角度分析,我国可考虑更多扶持并使用有较高资源自给率的储能技术路线,以更好保障“双碳”目标的实现。

Abstract:

The large-scale integration of renewable energy has become an important way to achieve China’s carbon neutrality goal,and te deployment of energy storage equipment is an important guarantee for this path.In the past decades,China has achieved huge success in the adopting pumped storage hydropower and the lithium battery as the most important energy storage equipment.However,with the increasingly politicized climate change and the increasingly “de Sinicization” of the industrial chain of developed countries,as a country with high external dependence on the lithium resources,there are certain risks for China to continue the energy storage development path dominated by the lithium batteries.From the perspective of energy security,China should consider supporting the energy storage technologies with the high resource self-sufficiency rate,so as to better ensure the realization of the double carbon goal.
