摘要:

储能功率变换器(PCS)的充放电切换控制、参数设计对优化储能系统性能及效率有着重大意义。针对目前储能PCS充放电切换存在无功功率大、电流畸变严重等问题,提出了基于单电流环解耦控制的线性软切换方法。首先建立了储能PCS的数学模型,并设计了单电流环的解耦控制框图。其次针对储能PCS充放电切换存在电流畸变及冲击问题进行分析,提出通过线性改变直轴电流指令来进行充放电软切换的控制策略,并设计了关键的硬件参数及软件程序框图。最后根据所设计参数搭建了1台12 kW双向储能PCS样机,通过实验验证了参数设计的正确性以及线性软切换控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:

The charge discharge switching control and parameter design of energy storage PCS (Power Conversion System) are of great significance to optimize the performance and efficiency of energy storage system.Aiming at the problems of high reactive power and serious current distortion in charge discharge switching of PCS,a linear soft switching method based on single current loop decoupling control is proposed.Firstly,the mathematical model of energy storage PCS is established,and the decoupling control block diagram of single current loop is designed.Secondly,the problems of current distortion and impact in charging and discharging switching of energy storage PCS are analyzed.The control strategy of charging and discharging soft switching by changing the direct axis current command linearly is proposed,and the key hardware parameters and software program block diagram are designed.Finally,a 12 kW bidirectional PCS prototype is built according to the designed parameters,and the correctness of the parameter design and the effectiveness of the linear soft switching control strategy are verified by experiments.
