储能电站电池一致性综合评估方法研究

Research on Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Battery Consistency in Energy Storage Power Station

摘要:

国内新型储能建设高速推进,储能电站的健康状态受运行工况及环境等影响,各单体电池将出现不同程度的不一致情况,严重者将影响电站运行安全。通过分析不同运行工况下储能单体电池电压、温度偏差情况,结合单体电池平均电压、极差电压、电压标准差、电压变异系数、极差温度、最大温度指标参量,采用层次分析法提出储能单体电池一致性综合评估方法。其可量化反映单体电池的一致性程度,避免分级的不统一和粗放性,为储能电站电池运维分析提供理论支撑,提高储能电站的安全运行。

Abstract:

The construction of new energy storage in China is advancing at a high speed.The health state of the energy storage power station is affected by the operating conditions and environment.Each battery unit will be inconsistent in varying degrees,which will affect the operation safety of the power station.By analyzing the voltage and temperature deviation of the energy storage single battery under different operating conditions,combined with the average voltage,range voltage,voltage standard deviation,voltage variation coefficient,range temperature and maximum temperature index parameters of the single battery,a comprehensive evaluation method for the consistency of the energy storage single battery is put forward by the using analytic hierarchy process,which can quantitatively reflect the consistency degree of the energy storage single battery,and avoid the inconsistency and extnsive classification.It can provide theoretical support for battery operation and maintenance analysis of the energy storage power station and improve the safe operation of the energy storage power station.
