摘要:

开展了用于新能源消纳的电化学储能电站综合评估方法研究。首先,研究了国内外储能系统综合评价体系现状;其次从全面性和准确性两个角度进行评估指标的选取,构建储能系统递阶模型;最后选用层次分析法(AHP),选用主客观组合的赋权方法确定指标权重,进行储能电站的综合评估,为前期投资建设规划和后期运行策略选择和改进等多方面的需求提供参考。

Abstract:

Research on the comprehensive evaluation method of the electrochemical energy storage power station is proposed. First,the current situation of comprehensive evaluation systems for energy storage systems at home and abroad is studied;secondly,the evaluation indicators are selected from the perspectives of comprehensiveness and accuracy,and the hierarchical model of energy storage system is constructed;finally,the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is selected,and subjective and objective are selected. The combined weighting method determines the index weights and conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the energy storage power station,which provides references for various needs such as early-stage investment and construction planning and later-stage operation strategy selection and improvement.
