摘要:

为减少损耗,提高电网的经济性和供电效率,加强新能源的灵活高效开发利用,提高新能源消纳量。将氢储能技术接入低压直流系统中,以提高分布式发电的利用率,减少柴油发电机的使用以降低污染。基于非合作博弈理论,利用MATLAB中gamultiobj函数计算政府、发电侧、电网侧的三方收益,探讨政府补贴及投资分摊比对最小化绿色综合能源系统的商业模式影响。最后,仿真结果验证了分析方法以及基于非合作博弈的商业模式的有效性。

Abstract:

In order to reduce the loss,improve the economy and power supply efficiency of the power grid,the flexible and efficient development and utilization of new energy are strengthened to improve the consumption of new energy.Hydrogen energy storage technology is connected to the low voltage DC system to improve the utilization rate of distributed generation and reduce the use of diesel generators to reduce pollution.Based on the non-cooperative game theory,the gamultiobj function in MATLAB is used to calculate the income of the government,the power generation side and the power grid side in different schemes,and the business model impact of government subsidies and investment allocation ratio on minimizing the green integrated energy system is discussed.Finally,the simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the analysis method and the business model based on non-cooperative game.
