摘要:

超高比例、超大规模新能源并网给电力系统安全、稳定、经济运行造成巨大挑战。对于系统灵活性调节资源的激增,短时间的电化学储能无法应对系统长时电力电量缺失,需要更大规模、更长时间的调节方式。首先,以火电机组的运行成本为优化目标,电化学储能的最大放电时间为界限划分短时储能与长时储能,进而提出基于运行模拟混合储能系统的优化运行模型与容量配置方法,并采用MATLAB优化工具箱CPLEX进行求解。最后,以中国西北某区实际数据为例,验证新型电力系统对于长时大规模调节手段的急切需求,计算该区域在不同边界条件下混合储能的配置结果,为储能规划布局提供理论支撑。

Abstract:

The ultra-high ratio and ultra-large scale new energy sources connected to the grid pose a huge challenge to the safe,stable and economic operation of the power system.For the surge of the system flexible regulation resources,the short-time electrochemical energy storage can not cope with the long-time power shortage of the system,which requires a larger scale and longer time regulation method.First,taking the operation cost of thermal power units as the optimization target and the maximum discharge time of electrochemical energy storage as the boundary,the short-time energy storage and long-time energy storage are divided.Then,the optimal operation model and capacity allocation method based on the operational simulation of hybrid energy storage system is put forward,which are solved by MATLAB optimization toolbox CPLEX.Finally,taking the actual data of a district in northwest China as an example,the urgent demand of the new power system for the long-time and large-scale regulation means is verified,and the configuration results of the hybrid energy storage in this region under the different boundary conditions are calculated to provide the theoretical support for its energy storage planning layout.
