摘要:

针对在低压断路器的热磁式脱扣器生产过程中出现的延时特性动作时间不稳定的问题,分析了其主要零件双金属元件物料的结构特点、制造方法、检测手段,描述了解决方案的原理、方法、手段,并通过理论验算、实际试验、结果分析,提出了一种快捷方便的检验方法,提高了生产效率,保障了产品延时保护特性的可靠性,同时确保塑壳断路器在实际运用电路中能可靠运行。

关键词: 热磁式脱扣器, 双金属元件, 延时保护特性, 可靠性

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of unstable action time of delay characteristic in the production process of thermomagnetic release of low voltage circuit breaker,this paper analyses the structural characteristics,manufacturing methods and testing methods of bimetallic component materials,and describes the principle,method and means of the solution.A fast and convenient method is proposed through theoretical checking,practical test and result analysis.It can improve the production efficiency and ensure the reliability of product delay protection characteristics,which ensures the plastic case circuit breaker can operate reliably in the practical application circuit.
