三电平电路损耗分析及温升优化方法研究

摘要:

针对二极管中点箝位(NPC)三电平电路损耗分布不平衡的问题,采用有源中点箝位(ANPC)三电平电路,选择不同的电流通路将器件损耗分散在不同的开关管上。通过损耗的理论计算、热仿真以及实验验证,对两种电路的器件损耗和温升展开对比分析。结果表明,ANPC电路对于平衡器件损耗,降低器件温升,有显著的作用。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of unbalanced loss distribution in the diode neutral-point-clamped (NPC) three-level circuit,the active neutral-point-clamped (ANPC) three-level circuit is adopted.Different current paths are selected to disperse the device losses among different switching tubes.Through theoretical calculation of losses,thermal simulation and experimental verification,the comparative analysis of the device losses and temperature rises of the two circuits is carried out.The results show that the ANPC circuit has a significant effect on balancing the device losses and reducing the device temperature rise.
