基于反相绕组法的Buck变换器共模噪声抑制

Common Mode Noise Suppression of Buck Converter Based on Anti-Phase Winding Method

摘要:

针对Buck变换器的功率开关器件在开关过程中会产生很高的du/dt,从而产生严重的传导共模电磁干扰问题,提出采用反相绕组法抑制Buck变换器传导共模噪声。通过分析所提方法的共模噪声抑制机理,建立了考虑高频寄生参数影响的共模噪声抑制等效模型及其插入损耗数学模型,相应地提出Buck变换器反相绕组法的参数设计方法。以大功率工业照明LED驱动电源为测试对象,对所用方法的正确性和有效性进行了验证。实验结果表明,反相绕组法能够有效抑制Buck变换器传导共模噪声。

Abstract:

The power switching devices of Buck converter will produce high du/dt during the switching process,which will resulte serious conducted common mode electromagnetic interference.To solve the above problems,the anti-phase winding method is proposed to suppress the conducted common mode noise of Buck converter.By analyzing the common mode noise suppression mechanism of the proposed method,the common mode noise suppression equivalent model considering the influence of high-frequency parasitic parameters and its insertion loss mathematical model are established,and the parameter design method of Buck converter anti-phase winding method is proposed accordingly.Taking a high-power industrial lighting LED driving power supply as the test object,the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.The experimental results show that the anti-phase winding method can effectively suppress the conducted common mode noise of Buck converter.
