基于4G无线通信的电池状态信息采集系统设计*

Design of Battery State Information Acquisition System Based on 4G Wireless Communication

摘要: 锂离子电池作为理想的储能载体被广泛应用于各类领域,尤其能为偏远地区提供电能方面的便利,然而锂电池自身存在使用寿命,其运行状态关系到供电设备的稳定运行,因此对电池状态信息的实时远程获取便成为亟待解决的问题。提出了一种基于4G无线通信的电池状态信息采集系统,通过单片机和集成芯片实现电池信息采集,并结合4G模块实现远程发送,利用阿里云平台实现数据的远程读取。试验结果表明,利用所设计的系统可以实现6节单体电池的状态信息采集和无线发送与网页实时显示.有利于分析电池的工作状态,便于技术人员定期维护。

Abstract: As an ideal energy storage carrier,lithium-ion batteries are widely used in various fields,especially to provide convenience for remote areas.However,lithium batteries have a service life,and their operating status is related to the stable operation of power supply equipment.So,real-time remote acquisition of status information has become an urgent problem.A battery status information collection system based on 4G wireless communication was proposed.Battery information collection is achieved through a single-chip computer and integrated chip,combined with 4G modules for remote transmission,and the remote reading of data is achieved by using Alibaba Cloud platform.The experimental results show that the designed system can realize the status information collection,wireless transmission and real-time display of 6 single-cell batteries.This system is beneficial to analyze the working status of the battery and facilitates regular maintenance by technicians.
