基于声纹的开关剩余使用寿命预测

摘要:

针对5.3 A控制保护开关的剩余使用寿命预测,研究发现随着开关的性能退化,触头弹跳现象会越来越明显,开关的反力特性也会随之改变。通过触头弹跳的变化,将声音信号与开关的弹簧刚度等特性相联系;通过反力特性的变化,将开关的电寿命与开关的弹簧刚度等特性相联系,从而将声音信号与电寿命相联系。通过声音信号的变化趋势,即可对开关进行剩余使用寿命预测。实验表明,基于声纹对电寿命为分合0次、分合100次、分合120 000次、分合160 000次的识别准确率达96.40%,对开关的更换具有指导意义,又因声纹监测的非接触式的特点,故对高压设备维护具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:

For the prediction of the remaining useful life of the 5.3 A control and protection switch, it is found that with the performance degradation of the switch, the contact bounce phenomenon becomes more and more obvious, and the reaction characteristics of the switch also changes.Through the change of contact bounce,the sound signal is related to the spring stiffness and other characteristics of the switch.Through the change of the reaction force characteristics,the electrical life of the switch is related to the spring stiffness and other characteristics of the switch,so as to link the sound signal with the electric life.The remaining service life of the switch can be predicted by the change trend of the sound signal. The experimental results show that the recognition accuracy of voiceprint based on the electrical life of 0,100,120 000 and 160 000 times is 96.40%,which has guiding significance for the replacement of the switch. Moreover,due to the non-contact characteristics of voiceprint monitoring, it has reference significance for the maintenance of high voltage equipment.
