Refined Energy Management and Control Strategy for Energy Storage Power Stations Based on Multi-Agent Theory

摘要:

在可再生能源高比例并网的电力系统中,针对规模化储能单元在初始荷电状态(SOC)差异下充放电功率难以分配的问题,提出基于多智能体理论的储能电站精细化能量管理控制策略。对集中式布局的大型储能电站构建储能单元Agent控制架构,将储能变流器(PCS)充放电功率和SOC分别映射为粒子群优化(PSO)算法的速度与位置变量,建立考虑功率限值与SOC均衡约束的优化模型。仿真结果表明,所提策略能够实现储能电站内多个储能单元的精准管理,可以使初始状态不一致的单元在运行过程中逐步达到SOC均衡。

Abstract:

In the power systems with a high proportion of renewable energy integration, aiming at the problem of allocating charging and discharging power among large-scale energy storage units with different initial states of charge(SOC)levels, a refined energy management and control strategy for energy storage power stations based on multi-agent theory is proposed.For large-scale centralized energy storage power stations, an agent-based control architecture for energy storage units is constructed.The charging and discharging power of the power conversion system(PCS)and the SOC are mapped to the velocity and position variables of the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm respectively, and an optimization model considering power limits and SOC balancing constraints is established.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed strategy can achieve the precise management of multiple energy storage units within the station, and enable units with inconsistent initial states to gradually reach a balanced SOC during operation.
