构网型储能在西藏电网中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Grid-Forming Energy Storage in Xizang Power Grid

摘要:

西藏电网主网架为长链式弱互联结构,相对薄弱,系统调节能力不足,提高电网的主动支撑能力已成为西藏电网面临的迫切问题。基于此,提出部署构网型储能来提升电网电压和频率支撑能力的解决思路。首先,通过仿真,重点分析构网型储能的惯量响应和电压支撑能力,并与同步发电机进行对比分析;然后,结合构网型储能电站在西藏电网实际运行案例,验证构网型储能在弱电网中的电压和频率支撑功能,证明构网型储能是解决西藏电网支撑问题的主要手段。最后,提出构网型储能发展面临的机遇和挑战。

Abstract:

The main power grid framework of Xizang is a long-chain weakly interconnected structure with insufficient system regulation capacity.Enhancing the active support capability has become an urgent issue for the Xizang power grid.Deploying the grid-forming energy storage is proposed to enhance grid voltage and frequency support capabilities.First, through simulation methods, the inertia response and voltage support capabilities of the grid-forming energy storage are focused on analyzing, and compared with those of synchronous generators.Then, by combining an operational case of a grid-forming energy storage power station in the Xizang power grid, the voltage and frequency support functions of the grid-forming energy storage in weak grids are demonstrated, proving that the grid-forming energy storage is the primary solution for supporting the Xizang power grid.Finally, the opportunities and challenges facing the development of the grid-forming energy storage are presented.
