Digital Hysteresis Control Strategy for LLC Resonant Converter Suitable for Battery Charging

摘要:

LLC谐振变换器开关损耗低、工作频率高,能够满足高功率密度、高效率的指标要求。针对在电池充电应用中,常常需要面临输出电压与电流变化范围宽的问题,为了保持输出稳定,提出了一种适用于电池充电的LLC谐振变换器滞环控制策略。其实现方法简单、响应迅速且能满足宽范围调节要求。实验结果表明,滞环控制具有良好的适应宽范围输出的能力。

Abstract:

LLC resonant converter has low switching loss and high working frequency,which can meet the requirements of high power density and high efficiency.In practical battery charging applications,it is often necessary to face the problem of wide changes in output voltage and current.In order to keep the output stable,the hysteresis control strategy of LLC resonant converter suitable for battery charging is proposed.It has the advantages of simple implementation method,rapid response and wide output variation.The experimental results show that the hysteresis control has a good ability to adapt to a wide range of the output.
