衡力继电器吸合二步与释放二步产生机理及寿命影响分析

Analysis of the Mechanism and Impact on Service Life of the Two-Step Engagement and Two-Step Release Processes in Balance Force Relays

摘要:

平衡力继电器应用广泛,但厂家在调试产品的过程中,继电器“吸合二步”与“释放二步”的现象时有发生,此类现象可能导致继电器的电寿命降低。为此研究了“吸合二步”和“释放二步”产生的机理及其对产品寿命的影响。首先从磁路的角度阐述平衡力继电器的工作原理和理想的吸反力特性匹配关系;再分析特定阶段的“吸合二步”与“释放二步”产生的机理及其对产品寿命的影响;最后选取样品进行寿命试验。试验结果表明,静合超程阶段的“吸合二步”和动合超程阶段的“释放二步”会使产品寿命缩短,符合分析结果。

Abstract:

Balance force relays have extensive applications,yet manufacturers frequently encounter phenomena such as ‘two-step engagement’ and ‘two-step release’ during product commissioning.Such occurrences may reduce the electrical lifespan of the relays.The mechanisms underlying ‘two-step engagement’ and ‘two-step release’ are investigated,and their impact on product longevity is analyzed.The operating principle of balance force relays and the ideal matching relationship between attraction and repulsion forces are first elucidated from a magnetic circuit perspective.It then analyses the mechanisms behind ‘two-step engagement’ and ‘two-step release’ occurring during specific phases,along with their impact on product lifespan.Finally,selected samples undergo lifespan testing,confirming that ‘two-step engagement’ during static overtravel and ‘two-step release’ during dynamic overtravel reduce product lifespan,consistent with analytical findings.
