摘要:

交流接触器静态特性的计算是电磁系统设计的核心内容。以某型号三相交流接触器为例,应用COMSOL Multiphysics有限元软件仿真计算固定磁间隙条件下线圈电流、磁链与电磁吸力,通过提取的有功功率和无功功率研究能量转换关系,并分析线圈电压、磁间隙对电磁吸力的影响。结果表明,实验测试结果与仿真结果具有很好的一致性。

Abstract:

The calculation of static characteristics of AC contactor is the core of electromagnetic system design.Taking a type of three-phase AC contactor as an example,the finite element software COMSOL Multiphysics is applied to simulate the coil current,the flux linkage and the electromagnetic attraction under the condition of fixed magnetic gap,and the energy conversion relationship is studied through the extracted active power and reactive power.The influence of coil voltage and magnetic gap on electromagnetic attraction is analyzed.The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
