接触桥对交流接触器短时耐受电流能力的影响

Influence of Contact Bridge on Short-Time Withstand Current Capacity of AC Contactor

摘要:

通过热稳定性和导体载流量分析,明确了接触桥材质、导体载流量等因素对交流接触器短时耐受电流能力的影响。对4种接触桥的不同材质和生产工艺进行调整,通过试验对比研究其短时耐受电流能力。试验结果表明,选用高导电材料作为导体、增大导体截面积能有效地改善交流接触器的短时耐受电流能力。

Abstract:

Through the thermal stability and conductor current carrying capacity analysis,the effects of contact bridge material and conductor current carrying capacity and other factors on the short-time withstand current capacity of AC contactor is clarified.The different materials and production processes of four kinds of contact bridges were adjusted.Their short-time withstand current capacity was compared through tests.The test results show that the short-time withstand current capability of AC contactor can be effectively improved by selecting high conductivity materials as conductors and increasing the cross-sectional area of conductors.
