Multi-Machine Parallel Resonance Suppression Method of 125 kW PCS in Grid-Connected Operation Mode Based on Active Damping Control Strategy

摘要:

基于当下市场流行的125 kW PCS模块,考虑电网阻抗因素,对并网运行模式下单个PCS和多机并联的PCS系统进行数学建模和阻抗分析,研究其在并网运行模式下多机并联谐振的抑制方法。从公共连接点分析多台PCS并联系统的系统侧阻抗,并应用叠加原理分析并网电流的变化,发现电网的线路阻抗与PCS相互耦合是引起系统谐振问题的关键。分析无源阻尼的谐波尖峰抑制,提出一种通过优化电容电流采样反馈环节来提供虚拟阻尼的有源阻尼控制策略。最后,通过Simulink仿真进行验证分析,结果表明采用有源阻尼控制策略的125 kW PCS多机并联系统在并网运行模式下,总谐波畸变率(THD)从9.67%降至2.02%,并网电流谐振尖峰受到很好的抑制。

Abstract:

Based on the popular 125 kW power conversion system (PCS) module in the current market,considering the grid impedance factor,the mathematical modeling and the impedance analysis of a single energy storage PCS and a multi-machine parallel PCS system in the grid-connected operation mode are implemented.The suppression method of multi-machine parallel resonance in the grid-connected operation mode is studied.The system side impedance of multiple PCS parallel systems is analyzed from the point of common connection,and the change of grid-connected current is analyzed by superposition principle.It is found that the coupling between the line impedance of the power grid and PCS is the key to the resonance problem of the system.The harmonic peak suppression of passive damping is analyzed,and an active damping control strategy is proposed to provide virtual damping by optimizing the capacitor current sampling feedback link.Finally,the simulation is carried out by Simulink.The results show that the THD is reduced from 9.67 % to 2.02 % under the grid-connected operation mode of 125 kW PCS multi-machine parallel system with active damping control strategy,and the resonance peak of grid-connected current is well suppressed.
