摘要:

随着“双碳”目标的推进,电力系统迎来深刻变化,大量分布式电源、可调负荷等灵活资源具有种类多、时间无序、点多面广等特性,造成电网可控性、调节能力不足。虚拟电厂作为我国实现“双碳”目标的重要路径,能够广泛聚合与调控需求侧多元资源,实现对分布式电源的响应分配、实时协调控制,在破解清洁能源消纳难题方面发挥着重要作用。首先分析建设虚拟电厂的必要性,然后设计虚拟电厂的架构,最后研究面向市场交易的虚拟电厂聚合调控算法。算法验证分析结果表明,虚拟电厂对提升新型电力系统灵活性、电力安全保供能力具有重要意义。

Abstract:

With the promotion of “dual carbon” goals,the power system has undergone profound changes.A large number of flexible resources such as distributed power sources and adjustable loads have characteristics such as diverse types,disordered time,and wide range of points,resulting in insufficient controllability and regulation ability of the power grid.As an important path for China to achieve the “dual carbon” goals,virtual power plants play an important role in solving the problem of clean energy consumption.The diverse resources on the demand side can be widely aggregated and regulated,which achieves the responsive allocation and real-time coordinated control of distributed energy.Firstly,the necessity of constructing virtual power plants is analyzed.Then,the architecture of virtual power plants is designed.Finally,the aggregation and control algorithm of virtual power plants for market transactions is studied.The algorithm validation analysis shows that virtual power plants are of great significance in improving the flexibility of new power systems and ensuring power safety and supply capacity.
