摘要:

随着电力系统的快速发展和电力市场化改革的推进,市场各主体均以企业自身效益最大化为目标,从而减少了投资,可靠性问题日益突显。基于典型工程场景的可靠性指标分解方式,根据投资的成本效益比进行投资优先级规划,在投资最小化的目标下,实现可靠性提升的最优化投资结构。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of power system and the promotion of power market-oriented reform,the main body of the market takes the maximization of the enterprise’s own benefits as the goal,thus reducing the investment,and the reliability problem is increasingly prominent.In this paper,based on the reliability index decomposition method of typical engineering scenarios,according to the cost-benefit ratio of investment,the investment priority planning is carried out,and under the objective of investment minimization,the optimal investment structure of reliability improvement is realized.
