Life Prediction Method of Electromagnetic Contactor Based on Overtravel Time Degradation Characteristics

摘要:

从接触器失效机理出发,通过有限元和动力学仿真详细分析超程时间退化过程,进而提出一种基于超程时间退化特性的电磁接触器寿命预测方法。建立基于超程时间退化特性的电磁接触器寿命预测模型,设计并搭建接触器可靠性试验平台,并基于SJD-10048NK电磁接触器试验数据,分析预测接触器的剩余寿命,相对误差约为10%,验证了所提方法的有效性。结果表明所提方法能够对接触器寿命进行准确预测,对于接触器的可靠性状态评估及其维护管理具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:

Starting from the failure mechanism of contactors, a detailed analysis of the overtravel time degradation process is conducted through the finite element and dynamic simulation. A life prediction method for electromagnetic contactors based on the overtravel time degradation characteristics is proposed. A life prediction model for electromagnetic contactors based on the overtravel time degradation characteristics is established. A reliability testing platform for contactors is designed and built. The remaining life of contactors is analyzed and predicted based on SJD-10048NK electromagnetic contactor testing data with a relative error of about 10%. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified. The results indicate that the proposed method can accurately predict the life of contactors, which has important guiding significance for the reliability status evaluation and maintenance management of contactors.
