基于自适应最优权重的交流接触器特征参数权重影响分析

Influence Analysis of Characteristic Parameter Weights of AC Contactor Based on Adaptive Optimal Weight

摘要: 针对交流接触器性能退化状态模型建立中特征参量影响权重精确度不高的问题,提出一种基于自适应最优权重的交流接触器特征参数权重计算方法。首先搭建接触器退化状态试验平台,按国标AC-4进行试验,取得特征参数试验数据;其次根据动触头撞击速度,起弧相角、合闸相角、弹跳时间的提取原理提取相应特征参数,进行拟合;最后提出一种改进的自适应权重法计算特征参数权重,定义最优解,计算接近最优解的权重值,估计交流接触器特征参数权重影响。试验结果表明,提出的改进自适应权重能够较好地计算所用特征参数权重值,真实地反映交流接触器的工作状态,提高了交流接触器性能退化模型建立的准确度。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the accuracy of the characteristic parameters affecting the AC contactor performance degradation state is not high,this paper proposed an adaptive optimal weight based AC contactor characteristic parameter weight calculation method.Firstly,the contactor degradation state test platform was built,and the test was carried out according to the national standard AC-4 to obtain the characteristic parameter test data.Secondly,according to the principle of moving contact impact speed,arcing phase angle,closing phase angle and bounce time,the corresponding characteristic parameters were extracted.Finally,an improved adaptive weighting method was used to calculate the weight of the feature parameters,define the optimal solution,calculate the weight value close to the optimal solution,and estimate the weight of the characteristic parameters of the AC contactor.The experimental results show that the improved adaptive weights proposed in this paper can better calculate the weights of the characteristic parameters,truly reflect the working state of the AC contactor,and improve the accuracy of the AC contactor performance degradation model.
