一种高效率绕组自驱同步整流反激DC/DC变换器研究

摘要:

同步整流技术广泛应用于开关电源中,利用低导通电阻的MOS管替代肖特基二极管整流可以提高转换效率。为了解决自驱同步整流需要复杂关断控制电路的问题,对一种绕组自驱同步整流反激DC/DC变换器进行研究,分析了变压器漏感对同步整流管工作状态的影响,通过变压器及电路仿真得到最优化漏感设计方案。根据分析结果设计了一款输出5 V/20 W的绕组自驱同步整流反激DC/DC变换器,最高效率达到89.7%。所研究的电路适用于小体积同步整流DC/DC变换器应用,提升功率密度。

Abstract:

Synchronous rectification technology is widely used in switching power supply.The rectification based on MOSFET with small Rds(on) instead of schottky diodes can improved conversion efficiency.In order to solve the problem of complex shutdown control circuit for the self driving synchronous rectification,a winding self-driven synchronous rectification flyback DC/DC converter is studied.The influence of leakage inductance on the working state of synchronous rectification MOSFET is analysed.The optimal design of transformer leakage inductance is obtained by the transformer and circuit simulation.A 5 V/20 W output winding self-driven synchronous rectification flyback DC/DC converter with efficiency up to 89.7%is designed.It is suitable for the small volume synchronous rectification DC/DC converter to improve the power density.
