摘要:

通过分析单端反激同步整流电路中倒灌电流形成原因,提出一种他驱式同步整流驱动电路设计方案。经过理论计算和仿真分析,验证所提方案的可行性。搭建1台输出5 V/12 A的二次电源模块样机,经试验实测,结果表明样机可以实现对倒灌电流的定量控制。

Abstract:

By analyzing the causes of the reverse current in the single-ended flyback synchronous rectification circuit,a design scheme for the externally-driven synchronous rectification drive circuit is proposed.The feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified by the theoretical calculations and simulation analyses.A prototype of the secondary power supply module with the output of 5 V/12 A is built.The results of the experimental measurements show that the prototype can achieve the quantitative control of the reverse current.
