摘要:

建立了考虑材料非线性与二次回路参数的电流互感器数学模型,计算宽量限范围内的传变电流波形。同时选用高倍电流下二次侧电流的垂直分辨率作为评价指标,分析关键设计参数对互感器传变特性的影响。在此基础上,利用多目标粒子群优化算法,对250 A额定电流的电流互感器产品进行优化,在保证线性区测量精度的前提下,深度饱和区的垂直分辨率提高13.2%,成本降低5.4%。

Abstract:

The mathematical model of the current transformer considering material nonlinearity and secondary circuit parameters is established to calculate the transmission current waveform in a wide range.The vertical resolution of secondary current with high current value is used as evaluation index to analyze the influence of key design parameters on transformer transmission characteristics.In addition,the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the current transformer with 250 A rated current.On the premise of ensuring the measurement accuracy in the linear region,the vertical resolution in the deep saturation region is improved by 13.2%and the cost is reduced by 5.4%.
