摘要:

研究了一种适用于低压大电流场合的带有同步整流功能的移相全桥软开关变换器。利用软开关技术减少电路的开关损耗,利用同步整流技术减少电路的整流损耗,有效地提高了变换器系统的效率,并深入分析移相全桥逆变器中的软开关技术和同步整流电路。

Abstract:

A phase-shifted full-bridge soft-switching converter with synchronous rectification function suitable for low-voltage and high-current applications was studied by this paper.The soft switching technology is used to reduce the switching loss of the circuit,and the synchronous rectification technology is used to reduce the rectification loss of the circuit,which effectively improves the efficiency of the converter.The soft switching technology and synchronous rectifier circuit in phase shift full-bridge inverter were analyzed.
