一种组合LED驱动电路及其BPSK通信调制策略研究

摘要:

基于升压Boost电路和改进同步整流降压Cuk电路相结合,提出一种用于可见光通信的DC/DC组合LED驱动电路。开关频率较低的升压Boost电路处理大部分功率(LED照明功率),获得高转换效率;开关频率较高的改进同步整流降压Cuk电路调制通信信号,获得高通信性能。详细分析所提电路的工作原理和工作过程,设计采用了一种二进制相移键控调制策略。最后,经计算机仿真分析和实验,验证了所提组合电路以及BPSK通信调制策略的可行性与有效性。

Abstract:

Based on the combination of boost Boost circuit and improved synchronous rectification buck Cuk circuit, a DC/DC combined LED driver circuit for visible light communication is proposed. The high conversion efficiency is achieved by the boost Boost circuit with lower switching frequency processes most of the power (LED lighting power). The improved synchronous rectification buck Cuk circuit with high switching frequency modulates communication signals to achieve high communication performance. A detailed analysis of the working principle and process of the proposed circuit is conducted. A binary phase shift keying modulation strategy is adopted for the design. Finally, through computer simulation analysis and experiments, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed combination circuit and BPSK communication modulation strategy are verified.
