基于ADAMS的万能式断路器操作机构缓冲装置动力学仿真及研究

摘要:

操作机构缓冲装置可有效吸收万能式断路器合闸过程中零件多余的能量,从而提升万能式断路器寿命和可靠性。描述了万能式断路器操作机构工作原理、失效现象以及所涉及的缓冲装置的工作原理。通过UG建立三维模型并导入动力学仿真软件ADAMS中,建立仿真模型,设置运动关系以及运动过程中的参数,着重对比分析了加缓冲装置前后各易损零件的受力情况和操作机构的动作特性,并通过高速相机拍摄操作机构的动作过程以及万能式断路器的机械寿命试验,验证了仿真分析结果的正确性和缓冲装置的有效性,为万能式断路器机械寿命参数的提升提供了参考和依据。

Abstract:

The buffer device of the operating mechanism can effectively absorb the excess energy of parts in the closing process of the air circuit breaker,so as to improve the service life and reliability of the air circuit breaker.The working principle and failure phenomenon of the operating mechanism of the air circuit breaker and the working principle of the buffer device involved are described.The three-dimensional model is established through UG and imported into the dynamic simulation software ADAMS to establish the simulation model,set the motion relationship and parameters in the motion process,focus on the comparison and analysis of the force conditions of vulnerable parts and the action characteristics of the operating mechanism before and after adding the buffer device,and shoot the action process of the operating mechanism and the mechanical life test of the air circuit breaker by the high-speed camera.The correctness of the simulation results and the effectiveness of the buffer device are verified,which provides a reference and basis for improving the mechanical life parameters of the air circuit breaker.
