基于NX Motion的万能式断路器动力学仿真

摘要:

在NX Motion中建立了某类型万能式断路器机构的动力学仿真模型,根据实际情况建立了运动副、接触、弹簧等。通过对万能式断路器动力学仿真分析,获得了万能式断路器的主轴转角、合分闸时间、上下连杆夹角、终压力、开距、超程、储能力矩、脱扣力等性能参数。通过上下连杆夹角分析可知,上下连杆合闸过程经过死点位置。通过仿真结果和试验结果进行对比,验证了仿真结果的准确性,为万能式断路器的设计和优化提供了参考和依据。万能式断路器动力学仿真技术相对传统方法,缩短开发周期,降低研发成本。

Abstract:

The dynamic model of air circuit breaker mechanism is established in the NX Motion software,and motion joins,contacts and springs are created according to physical truth.Many performance parameters are obtained by the dynamic simulation analysis of air circuit breaker,such as the principle axis rotation angle,closing and opening time,the angle between the upper and lower links,final pressure,opening range,overtravel,energy storage torque,tripping force and so on.The angle between the upper and lower links is go through the dead point angle,when closing the air circuit breaker.The correctness of the simulation model is verified by the comparison between dynamic simulation results and experimental results.The results of the dynamic simulation provide reference basis for the design and optimization of air circuit breaker.The dynamic simulation technique shortens the development cycle and reduces development costs compared with traditional method.
