摘要:

针对农村电网结构薄弱、供电半径过长导致的末端台区低电压问题,利用合理配置分布式储能的解决方案已成为当前研究的热点。为解决常用的储能容量计算方法中存在的容量浪费及放电深度过大的问题,综合考虑优化配置与运行控制过程的交互制约作用,建立储能系统容量配置层与运行控制层耦合计算的双层嵌套模型,以配置层的储能容量作为系统运行的约束条件,同时依据控制层的储能出力情况构建容量修正环节,经交替迭代计算储能系统的最优容量。最后,以某地农网的实际运行数据为例进行仿真分析,案例表明所提方法可有效减小固定储能容量,降低初始投资成本,同时提高运行经济性,具有较强的实用性和推广价值。

Abstract:

In view of the low voltage problem of distribution network caused by the weak structure of rural power grid and long power supply radius,rationally configuring distributed energy storage has become a hot spot in current research.In order to solve the problems of capacity waste and excessive discharge depth in common calculation methods of energy storage capacity,this paper comprehensively considers the interaction between optimal configuration and operation control process,establishes a double-layer nested model for coupling calculation of energy storage system capacity configuration layer and operation control layer,takes the energy storage capacity of configuration layer as the constraint condition of system operation,and constructs a capacity correction link according to the energy storage output of control layer,and calculates the optimal capacity of energy storage system through alternate iteration.Finally,taking the actual operation data of a rural power grid as an example,the simulation analysis shows that the proposed method can effectively reduce the fixed energy storage capacity,reduce the initial investment cost,and improve the operation economy at the same time,which has strong practicability and popularization value.
