消弭新能源并网运行风险的储能控制策略

Energy Storage Control Strategy to Eliminate Risk of New Energy Grid-Connected Operation

摘要:

考虑电池储能系统的双向调节特性,建立了含电池储能系统的区域电力系统自动发电控制模型。模型根据电池储能系统跟踪预测与实际的频率偏差的功率分配原则进行频率控制,使得电力系统的各区域频率更加稳定。运用MATLAB/Simulink仿真分析,验证了所提控制策略可以实时消纳新能源并网运行风险,有效缓解了传统机组的双向调频压力,各区域频率更加稳定,该策略具有一定的灵活性。

Abstract:

Considering the two-way regulation characteristics of the battery energy storage system,a regional power system automatic power generation control model including the battery energy storage system is established.The model tracks the predicted and actual frequency deviations based on the battery energy storage system.The principle of power distribution for frequency control makes the frequency of each area of the power system more stable.Using MATLAB/Simulink simulation analysis,it is verified that the proposed control strategy can realize real-time elimination of new energy grid-connected operation risks,effectively alleviate the pressure of two-way frequency modulation of traditional units,and the frequency of each area is more stable.This strategy has certain flexibility.
