基于混合控制LLC谐振变换器的微功率光伏逆变器

摘要:

针对微功率光伏逆变器输入电压范围宽以及效率要求高的特点,提出了一种两级式高频功率变换的微功率光伏逆变器方案。其中前级LLC全桥谐振变换器在开关频率高于谐振频率时,同时采用变频PFM和移相PWM的混合控制策略,不仅满足了光伏电池板电压范围宽的要求,而且实现了宽电压范围的高效率功率变换。后级采用功率扰动的最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)控制,方法简单,避免了前级扰动时控制变量多的不足。最后,给出了谐振槽优化设计方法,实现变换器的效率优化设计。研制了一台250 W/220 V AC/50 Hz并网光伏逆变器,实验样机并网电流性能指标好、效率高,MPPT跟踪速度快和跟踪精度优,验证了提出的方案、设计和控制方法正确有效。

Abstract:

In order to meet the micro-power photovoltaic inverter input voltage range wide,and the characteristics of the high efficiency requirements,this paper proposed a two-stage type micro-inverter of high frequency power transformation plan.The top level LLC resonant full bridge converter at the switching frequency is higher than the resonant frequency,at the same time using frequency PFM and phase shift PWM control strategy,which not only meets the requirements of the photovoltaic panels wide voltage range,but also realizes the efficient power transformation of the wide voltage range.The MPPT control method with the latter stage power disturbance is simple to control and avoids the shortage of many control variables in the former stage disturbance.The optimal design method of resonant tank was presented,which can optimize the efficiency of the converter.A 250 W/220 V AC/50 Hz grid-connected photovoltaic inverter was developed.The experimental prototype has good grid-connected current performance index,high efficiency of the prototype,and fast tracking speed and accuracy of MPPT,which verifies that the proposed scheme,design and control method are correct and effective.
