双线圈结构航空接触器吸合特性的仿真分析

摘要:

双线圈结构航空接触器的吸合过程是影响其响应时间和寿命的关键。基于COMSOL Multiphysics有限元软件,提出双线圈结构航空接触器吸合过程的仿真分析方法,实现线圈电流、动铁心和动触桥位移、电磁吸力和弹簧反力等参数随时间变化过程的计算。通过比对实测的线圈电流波形证明所提方法的可行性。

关键词: 接触器, 动态特性, 吸合时间, 双线圈结构

Abstract:

The pick-up process of contactors with double coil structure used in aviation is crucial for their response time and lifespan.A simulation analysis method for the pick-up process of contactors with double coil structure used in aviation is proposed based on COMSOL Multiphysics finite element software.This method enables the calculation of parameters such as coil current,electromagnetic force,contact displacement,and core displacement over time.The feasibility of the proposedmethod is demonstrated by comparing the measured coil current waveforms.
