Research on Autonomous Simulation Software for Dynamic Characteristics of Low Voltage Contactors

摘要:

基于国产电磁仿真平台Simdroid,开发了一款用于计算接触器动态特性的软件。软件计算过程包含3个部分:有限元静磁场计算、电流计算和运动计算。有限元静磁场计算由Simdroid实现;在电流计算中,根据静磁场结果输入主电路参数,计算每个时刻的电流;在运动计算中,通过铁心受力确定每个时刻的位置,更新铁心位置,再进行有限元静磁场计算,依次迭代直到截止。实验表明,动铁心在实验与仿真下的位移和电流曲线吻合较好,所提软件可作为分析接触器动态特性的一种有效数值计算工具。

Abstract:

A software for calculating the dynamic characteristics of contactors is developed based on the domestic electromagnetic simulation platform Simdroid.The software calculation process consists of three parts:finite element static magnetic field calculation,current calculation,and motion calculation.The finite element static magnetic field calculation is implemented by Simdroid.In the current calculation,the main circuit parameters are input based on the static magnetic field results to calculate the current at each time.During the motion calculation,the position of the iron core at each time is determined by the forces acting on it.After updating the position,the finite element static magnetic field calculation is performed again,and the iteration continues until the termination condition is reached.Experiments show that the displacement and current curves of the moving iron core show good agreement between the experimental and simulated results.Therefore,the proposed software can be an effective numerical tool for analyzing the dynamic characteristics of contactors.
