中压直流断路器电磁脱扣器设计及其特性仿真分析

Design and Characteristic Simulation Analysis of Electromagnetic Tripper for Medium Voltage DC Circuit Breaker

摘要:

电磁脱扣器作为中压直流断路器的核心部件,其性能影响了直流断路器的短路分断能力。仿真计算一种电磁脱扣器的静态电磁吸力特性和动态运动特性,并确定电磁脱扣器的设计参数,最后进行试验验证。试验结果表明,电磁脱扣器脱扣时间与仿真结果较吻合,达到设计目标,所用方法可用于直流断路器的电磁脱扣器设计和优化。

Abstract:

As the core component of short-circuit breaking of medium voltage DC circuit breaker,the performance of electromagnetic tripper affects the breaking ability of circuit breaker.The static electromagnetic attraction characteristics and dynamic motion characteristics of an electromagnetic tripper are simulated and calculated,and the parameters of the electromagnetic tripper are determined according to the results.Finally,the test results of the tripping time of the electromagnetic tripper are consistent with the simulation results,which achieve the design goal.This simulation method can apply to the design and optimization of the electromagnetic tripper of the medium voltage DC circuit breaker.
