摘要: 阐述了万能式断路器触头系统电动稳定性的计算原理、验证方法,介绍了导电桥数学模型的建立,并利用导电桥模型进行了基于Ansys的有限元电磁仿真分析,将仿真结果与实验结果进行比对,验证了仿真计算方法的可行性,可以为工程师设计触头系统提供参考。

Abstract: The calculation principle and verification method of the short-circuit dynamic stability of the air circuit breaker contact system were expounded.The establishment of the contact bridge mathematical model was introduced.The finite element electromagnetic simulation analysis based on Ansys was carried out by using the contact bridge model.The simulation results were compared with the experimental results to verify the feasibility of the simulation method.The method of analyzing the short-circuit dynamic stability of the contact system can provide a reference for engineers to design the contact system.
