电磁继电器触簧系统关键装配参数退化建模与可靠性评估*

摘要: 分析了继电器触簧系统在循环载荷作用下退化失效过程,进行了不同工况下继电器触簧系统性能退化试验;根据试验数据结合随机不确定性理论,实现了继电器触簧系统性能退化的建模与分析。基于装配参数间隙退化模型,完成了考虑触簧系统关键装配参数退化的电磁继电器可靠寿命评估,为电磁继电器可靠寿命设计奠定基础。

Abstract: To evaluate the reliability of electromagnetic relays,the degradation and failure of a contact spring system for electromagnetic relay under cyclic loading was analyzed.The performance degradation of the contact spring system was then modelled and analysed using stochastic uncertainty theory.Finally,based on the contact gap degradation model,a reliable life evaluation of the electromagnetic relay by considering the degradation of the key assembly parameters of the contact spring system was conducted.The research results lay a foundation for the design of reliable electromagnetic relays.
