摘要:

针对新能源汽车用直流接触器线圈断电瞬间电感测量,提出一种通过高采样频率的录波仪(或示波器)记录线圈瞬时断开的电流波形,来测量接触器线圈断电瞬间的最大电感值方法。运用录波仪测量接触器电流微下降时间,从而计算出接触器线圈断电瞬间电感,为新能源电动汽车电源分配单元(PDU)提供关键数据,确保控制系统的设计安全。

Abstract:

Aiming at the inductance measurement of DC contactor coil for new energy vehicles at the moment of power failure,a high sampling frequency recorder (or oscilloscope) is proposed to measure the maximum inductance of DC contactor coil at the moment of power failure by recording the current waveform of instantaneous coil disconnection.The recorder is used to measure the micro drop time of the contactor current,so as to calculate the inductance of the contactor coil at the moment of power failure,which can provide the key data for the power distribution unit (PDU) of new energy electric vehicles and ensure the design safety of the control system.
