摘要:

针对高压电池组单体电压测量中存在的共模电压高的问题,提出一种使用INA117为采样芯片的采样电路。在详细介绍INA117特性的基础上,完成采样电路的设计。对每节蓄电池组的漏电流进行理论计算,并通过增加均衡电阻的方式增加单体一致性,成功解决了某卫星用70 V蓄电池管理系统单体电压相差较大的问题,达到了长期使用或贮存的目的。所提每节蓄电池组的漏电流计算公式为后续其他高压电池管理系统产品的设计提供了理论依据,提高了产品可靠性,减少了设计时间。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of high common-mode voltage in the single-cell voltages measurement of high voltage battery packs, a sampling circuit using INA117 as the sampling chip is proposed. Based on the detailed introduction of the characteristic of INA117, the design of the sampling circuit is completed. The leakage current of each battery pack is theoretically calculated, and the consistency of single cells is increased by adding balancing resistors. The problem of large differences for the single cell voltage in the 70 V battery management system of a certain satellite is successfully solved, achieving the purpose of long-term use or storage. The proposed calculation formula of the leakage current of each battery pack provides a theoretical basis for the design of other high voltage battery management system products, increasing product reliability and reducing design time.
