小型直流断路器用热双金属片动作特性测量方法研究

Research on Measurement Method of Thermal Bimetal Strip Action Characteristics for Miniature DC Circuit Breakers

摘要:

热双金属片作为小型直流断路器热脱扣器的核心零件,其动作特性决定着小型直流断路器热过载动作的稳定性。为了解小型直流断路器热双金属片的动作特性,以10 A和16 A小型直流断路器用热脱扣器为研究对象,提出一种针对热双金属片温升、挠度和热推力的测量方法,并将实测值与理论计算值进行对比,实测值略低于理论计算值,两者挠度误差率在6.70%以内,热推力误差率在8.60%以内。同时,基于10 A和16 A试验温升实测值,计算10 A和16 A小型直流断路器用热脱扣器的综合散热系数KT分别为9 W/(m2·K)和13 W/(m2·K)。KT的准确测量为小型直流断路器理论计算提供了关键参数。

Abstract:

As the core part of the thermal overload release of the miniature DC circuit breaker, the action characteristics of the thermal bimetal strip determine the stability of the thermal overload action of the miniature DC circuit breaker. To understand the action characteristics of the thermal bimetal strip of the miniature DC circuit breaker, taking the thermal overload release for 10 A and 16 A miniature DC circuit breakers as the research objects, a measurement method for the temperature rise, deflection and thermal thrust of the bimetallic strip is proposed. The measured values are compared with the theoretical calculated values. The measured values are slightly lower than the theoretical calculated values, and the deflection error rate is within 6.70% and the thermal thrust error rate is within 8.60%. At the same time, based on the measured temperature rise of 10 A and 16 A tests, the comprehensive heat dissipation coefficients KT of the thermal overload release for 10 A and 16 A miniature DC circuit breakers are calculated to be 9 W/(m2·K)and 13 W/(m2·K) respectively. The accurate measurement of KT value provides the key parameters for the theoretical calculation of the miniature DC circuit breaker.
