摘要:

介绍了一种开关电器接触电阻温度系数确认方法。通过对比是否考虑接触电阻温度系数的温升差异,结合试验进行校核,并从电接触理论角度解释了接触电阻的温度特性。所提方法可为开关电器热仿真提供参考,实际操作性强。考虑接触电阻温度系数可提高热仿真精度。

Abstract:

A method of calculating the temperature coefficient of contact resistance of switching devices is introduced.By comparing the difference of temperature rise whether the temperature coefficient of contact resistance is considered or not,validating through tests,and explaining the temperature characteristics of contact resistance by the electric contact theory. The proposed method can be used for thermal simulation of switching device,and has strong practical operability.Considering the temperature coefficient of contact resistance,the thermal simulation accuracy can be improved.
