摘要:

随着汽车充电桩、分布式光伏为代表的新能源大规模接入上海配电网,传统的六氟化硫SF6气体环网柜因仅配置负荷开关,已难以满足新能源接入要求。针对环保气体环网柜(RMUs)的可靠性与智能化核心需求,开展结构优化与数字化关键技术研究。结构设计层面,通过电场圆角优化、屏蔽环及铜棒空间布置优化,实现0 bar表压下通过型式试验,提升环保气体绝缘可靠性;数字化智能化体系构建方面,采用“电缆故障指示器—变压器终端单元(TTU)—物联主站(IoT)”协同架构,实现环网故障1 min内主动抢修响应。研发样机在上海投运 18 个月的实践数据表明:供电可靠率提升0.08%,年均运维工时节省32%。研究成果为“双碳”目标下城市配电网环保开关设备选型提供了工程实践范式与技术参考。

Abstract:

With the large-scale integration of new energy sources represented by electric vehicle charging piles and distributed photovoltaics into the Shanghai distribution network,traditional sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas-insulated ring main units (RMUs) equipped with load switches are increasingly unable to meet the requirements of new energy connection.To meet the core demands of reliability and intelligence for environmentally friendly gas-insulated RMUs,research on structural optimization and key digital technologies is carried out.In terms of structural design,type tests at 0 bar gauge pressure are passed through the optimization of electric field fillets,shield rings,and the spatial arrangement of copper bars,thus improving the insulation reliability of environmentally friendly gases.For the development of the digital and intelligent system,a collaborative architecture of “cable fault indicator—TTU—IoT master station” is adopted,which enables active emergency repair responses within 1 minute after the occurrence of ring network faults.The results of 18 months of operation of the developed prototype in Shanghai show that the power supply reliability rate is increased by 0.08%,and the annual average operation and maintenance working hours are reduced by 32%.The research results provide an engineering practice paradigm for the selection of environmentally friendly switchgear in urban distribution networks under the “dual carbon” goals.
