基于窄缝和大开距技术对断路器临界电流试验的分析

摘要:

能否可靠地分断临界电流是衡量低压断路器性能的一个重要指标。由于2P DC 2 000 V万能式断路器在64 A的临界电流下燃弧时间超过1 s,无法通过试验,所以对影响临界电流试验的各个因素进行试验分析。结果发现,产气材料PA的产气效果最佳且去游离效果好;动静触头间的开距从45 mm增加到60 mm可拉长电弧,起到拉断小电流的直流电弧和提高弧压的效果,同时将窄缝的宽度调整为10 mm时,可以使产品通过临界电流试验。在此基础上进一步修改,最终使产品达到其他性能指标要求。

Abstract:

Whether the critical current can be reliably broken is an important performance index of low voltage circuit breakers. The 2P DC 2000 V air circuit breaker can’t pass the experiment because the arc burning time is more than 1 s under the critical current of 64 A. Experimental analysis is carried out on various factors influencing the critical current test. The results show that the gas-generating material PA has the best gas-generating effect and a good deionization effect. Increasing the contact gap between the moving and stationary contacts from 45 mm to 60 mm can elongate the arc, effectively breaking low current DC arcs and increasing arc voltage. When the width of the narrow gap is changed to 10 mm, the product can pass the critical current test. Subsequent the refinements based on these findings ensure compliance with other performance requirements.
