摘要:

针对由断路器脱扣力太大导致的剩余电流功能失效问题,剩余电流脱扣器输出力作为电子式剩余电流动作断路器(Residual Current Device,RCD)的关键参数是改善提高的重点。对比现有剩余电流脱扣器设计原理,着重对此种电子式剩余电流脱扣器放大机构进行设计描述与力值放大原理分析,并对所述电子式剩余电流脱扣器放大机构带来的剩余电流性能提升进行试验佐证。希望通过此种电子式剩余电流脱扣器放大机构为国内生产厂家提供新的设计思路参考。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of leakage function failure caused by too large tripping force of circuit breaker,the output force of residual current release,as the key parameter of electronic residual current device(RCD),is the key point of improvement.This paper compared the design principle of the existing residual current release,focused on the design description and force value amplification principle analysis of this electronic residual current release amplification mechanism,and tested the improvement of residual current performance caused by the electronic residual current release amplification mechanism.It is hoped that this electronic residual current release amplification mechanism can provide a new design idea for domestic manufacturers.
